Rebecca Root is a multimedia journalist based in Bangkok but reporting globally. She covers humanitarian aid, human rights, global health, development and climate, among other things. Her work has featured in The Guardian, The Telegraph, The New Humanitarian, Devex, and others. Rebecca is originally from the UK and received a First Class Honours in journalism from NCTJ-accredited Glasgow Caledonian University.
